This Walking Pad Treadmill with Incline offers all of the functionality of a gym-style treadmill! It is a definite upgrade from my previous walking pad for multiple reasons:1) It offers speeds up to 6mph, which is 50% faster than many other walking pads. With this treadmill, I am able to jog indoors at my natural speed/pace -- and I don't have to go outside in intense hot/cold temperatures, inclement weather, or the dark of night to do my daily run! I really like the 2/4/6 button which allows me to jump to 6mph with three pushes of the button rather than incrementing up my speed 0.1mph at a time with the + button. When you press the stop button, it gradually slows so you don't suddenly come to a halt and risk injury.2) I appreciate that this model has a handle bar. I haven't needed to grab onto it to steady myself yet, but it gives me peace of mind just having it there!3) The dual LED displays are very convenient. There is a large one in front of the belt and a smaller one on the handlebar. Both are bright, clear, crisp, and easy to read. The handlebar display cycles through time (how long you have been walking/running), speed, distance, and calories burned. The belt-level display constantly shows the speed and time (so you can check those anytime), and cycles between distance and calories burned. If you like to use a tablet while you're on the treadmill, you can set it on the thin tray over the handlebar display - and still see all of your session information on the large belt-level display (so you don't have to keep picking up your tablet to look under it for your stats)!4) The four-level adjustable incline allows me to create a more challenging workout for myself. Setting the incline level is simple and quick; you just thread the front screws through the desired hole in the plastic feet, then twist the leveling feet in/out until it sits stable on the floor.I am petite and not particularly handy, but I was able to move and set up this treadmill by myself in less than 20 minutes; no tools required! It has wheels on one end to help you safely move it. The instruction manual includes images/diagrams and text directions that are easy to understand and follow. I tend to start/stop the treadmill and adjust the speed via the buttons on the display, which are very responsive. The magnetic remote control is also handy and has performed reliably every time I've used it.

Very satisfied with the purchase.Very low profile, you can keep it under the desk and do a little jog while attending or listening to the meetings.It has 6MPH Speed, good thing is you can take off the top bar and use the remote to control. Further to this I am 250+. pound guy with 6-1 no issues at all.
