Return & Refund

Thank you for shopping with Rayspace. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send us an email at service@rayspace-eshop.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, which may include a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Carefully package the item(s) for return, following the instructions we provide.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

  • Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we cannot issue a refund until we receive and inspect the returned items.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm they are in acceptable condition.

  • Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Partial or Denied Refunds

We reserve the right to partially refund, or refuse a refund, in the following cases:

  • The item is not in its original condition (e.g., shows signs of use, is damaged by the customer).

  • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

  • The request for return is made after the 30-day return window.

6. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item (for example, a different model or color), please contact us at service@rayspace-eshop.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Additional shipping cost may apply for the exchange.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping if the defect is our responsibility.

8. Refusal of Duties / Taxes

  • If you refuse to accept a package due to customs duties or taxes, and the package is returned to us, we will refund you 50% of the product cost (excluding original shipping).

  • This does not cover any duties or taxes that you may have paid upon delivery.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the Return process above.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.
